 As Denbury's Inventory Coordinator, you will utilize the CMMS system (SAP PM & MM) to kit all the materials needed to execute maintenance and maintain inventory accuracy throughout the north region operations for OCTG.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with multiple work groups to coordinate material requirements.
  • Support MRP Controller with efficient planning of reorder points, safety stock, and reservations.
  • Provide front line end user support of SAP MM system, and trouble shoot and log issues.    
  • Execute after hour call outs to support operational needs.
  • Coordinate deliveries from main distribution center to field locations. 
  • Maintain BOM’s for part refurbishment process.
  • Endorse Inventory Standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, including special projects.
  • Responsible for cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
  • Promote and demonstrate a strong safety culture.
  • Planning logistics for materials.

Skills and Relevant Experience

 

  • Three years of oil field materials experience preferred or OCTG surface and downhole. 
  • General understanding of Mechanical, IE, or well-work operations. Oil and gas preferred.
  • Well-developed computer skills with one year's experience in EAM/CMMS software systems, SAP, excel, word, and PowerPoint preferred. 
  • Requires vital organizational skill, is assertive, and can set priorities and plan personal work. 
  • Interacts and communicates well with others; have good written and verbal communication.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Forklift trained.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete goals that align the with the EAM overarching goals.
