Maintenance Planner - IS

Denbury has a full time position for a SAP Maintenance Planner in the Baker, MT office.

 

Responsibilities:

•  Develop, administer, and schedule maintenance plans that support corporate, regional, and district operational objectives.
•  Build and manage equipment bills of materials (BOMs), maintenance strategies and packages, and task lists for maintenance plans.
•  Manage call horizons for preventive and corrective work orders.
•  Identify parts, materials, labor, and services necessary to complete preventive and corrective maintenance and log them to the work order.
•  Collaborate with work requestors and approvers to establish appropriate priority for corrective work orders.
•  Schedule and release corrective work orders to technicians upon approval by operations management.
•  Coordinate preventive and corrective work orders around planned and unplanned equipment shutdowns to minimize negative impacts on production.
•  Monitor the completion of work orders and report compliance to management.
•  Build and administer system variants.
•  Provide KPI reports to operations management.
•  Provide front-line user support of the SAP-EAM system, troubleshooting issues and tracking defects.

 

Experience Required:

Need to have the ability to get along with your peers.
Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets,
Ability to Multitask
Good Verbal Communication skills
Knowledge of general Oilfield Maintenance
Beneficial to have an understanding of how vendor materials and part numbers are utilized in SAP
3+ years in oilfield maintenance or similar position
