In this role, the EAM Analyst is accountable for all Planners and Schedulers that utilize the CMMS system (SAP PM) and all resources to identify the appropriate skill, materials, tools, and procedures to plan all necessary repairs, including Preventative Maintenance of equipment effectively and efficiently. Hold weekly meetings between Maintenance and Operations to report and review short and long-range planning details and weekly and monthly KPI targets. Provide analytics for the business unit to meet company goals and targets through the equipment's lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple work groups to coordinate resource requirements, including labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services.
- Manage material and part information supporting efficient maintenance work planning with the supply chain.
- Participate in daily operations and engineering meetings.
- Create/revise routine activity work orders as needed, capturing accurate information and best execution practices for repetitive work. Revise template-type work order data, such as 'labor and material estimates', to reflect execution experiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, including special projects.
- Provide front-line end-user support for the SAP PM system and troubleshoot and log issues.
- Provide reports for operations to help them meet company KPIs.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective work orders to technicians around planned and unplanned equipment shutdowns to minimize negative business impact.
- Schedule all work orders to the person for the day to meet operational needs.
Additional Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with work requesters to establish plans for the execution of the jobs.
- Identify materials, services, and tools by working with an artisan to ensure the work order's best outcome.
- Develop a historian for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for accelerated future planning.
- Manage call schedules and level loading for maintenance orders.
- Maintain equipment BOMs and Scope of work BOMs.
- Attend quarterly meetings, help budget owners forecast upcoming maintenance expenditures, and explain past budget deviations.
- Provide budget forecasts from SAP to assist with BU budgeting.
- Identify gaps in core KPIs around planning and scheduling and provide solutions to bridge gaps.
- Evaluate and coach employees to drive continuous improvement and career growth.
- Champion company initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Drive a consistent standard work management process through company standards.
- Endorse and enforce all company standards.
Skills and Relevant Experience
- Three years of technical/trade maintenance-related experience with a general understanding of Mechanical or IE operations in Oil and gas preferred.
- Can read and understand P&IDs, schematics, and technical literature.
- Strong computer skills with five years experience in EAM/CMMS software systems, SAP PM preferred.
- Requires vital organizational skills, is assertive, and can set priorities and plan personal schedules to accomplish the necessary workload.
- Interacts and communicates well with others, having good written and verbal communication at a high level.
- Must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to facilitate meetings confidently.
- Must meet deadlines and complete goals that align with the EAM's overarching goals in meeting the business needs.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Environmental and Physical Requirements
- Frequently communicate information and manage the possible stress of an office environment.
- Frequently stationary for extended periods, with occasional movement about the office
- Constant operation and viewing of a computer screen and other office machinery
- The ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required
- Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding
- Oral communication over the phone, video, and in person
- Some travel to district and field offices and/or oil and gas production facilities
- Occasional use of personal protective equipment
